Senior Captain Jeffery Bayless, 51, on March 7, 2014 at 1148hrs, collapsed during Rules Of Air Management (ROAM) training. Crews on scene began immediate treatment and Senior Captain Bayless was transported to Alaska Regional Hospital where he later passed away from a nature of fatal injury still to be reported.
