USFA LODD: Maine Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 03.02.2016

On March 2, 2016 at 1500hrs, within one hour of responding to a medical emergency, Captain Peter Larlee, 57, went into the fire department's engine bay to fix a mud flap on an ambulance. Within two minutes of going into the bay and while on the bay floor, Captain Larlee fell ill. Captain Perter Larlee was treated by fellow first responders, but passed away at the scene from injuries sustained.
Our condolences to the Larlee Family & Friends, East Millinocket Fire Department, and to all affected by Captain Peter Larlee’s passing.
