USFA LODD: Iowa Assistant Fire Chief On-Duty Death Notification 01.31.2015

Assistant Fire Chief Mike "Coop" Cooper, 61, died at home from a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be determined several hours after being released from the scene of a large structure fire in a commercial occupancy on January 30, 2015 at 1930hrs..

Our condolences to the Cooper Family & Friends, the Centrerville Fire Department, and to all affected by Assistant Fire Chief Mike "Coop" Cooper's passing.
