USFA LODD – Kentucky Firefighter Fatalities Notification 04.27.2014












On April 27, 2014 at 0610hrs, Firefighter Charles "Charlie" Goff, 53, suffered a fatal heart attack several hours after returning home from a multiple vehicle accident involving a reported five patients with critical injuries, including those of another McQuady firefighter and his wife whom Goff helped extricate from their vehicle.
   
Charles "Charlie" Goff  is survived by his wife - Cathy, daughter - April, and son - Tyler.
  
Our condolences to the Ferguson Family & Friends, the McQuady Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department, and to all affected by Firefighter Charles "Charlie" Goff's passing.
