USFA LODD: Pennsylvania Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 07.23.2016

On July 23, 2016 at 1337hrs, after helping out on a public service detail, Firefighter Donald R. Ishamn, 60, was attempting to guide the driver of the tanker truck, who was backing into the station, when he was accidently struck and killed. Firefighter Ishman, the former fire chief of the department, was pronounced dead at the scene by the McKean County Coroner.
  
Our condolences to the Ishamn Family & Friends, GHilltop Volunteer Fire Department, and to all affected by Firefighter Donald R. Ishamn’s passing.
