USFA LODD: Oklahoma Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 05.12.2018

Firefighter William F. Brinza III, 64, responded to a reported structure fire near Elk River Marina. While still in the driver seat shortly after arriving on scene, Firefighter Brinza suffered a medical event. Despite the efforts of his fellow firefighters and Grove EMS paramedics already on scene, Firefighter Brinza succumbed to a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be determined.

Our condolences to the Brinza Family & Friends, Cowskin Rural Fire District, and to all affected by Firefighter William F. Brinza III's passing.
