USFA LODD: Nevada Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 05.01.2018

On May 1, 2018 Captain Thelonious “Theo” Adams, 54, succumbed to injuries sustained as a passenger in a fire apparatus rollover in October of 2003. Captain Adams was paralyzed from the neck down in the crash that occurred while the apparatus was responding to a false alarm call on Halloween night.

Our condolences to the Adams Family & Friends, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, and to all affected by Captain Thelonious “Theo” Adams' passing.
