USFA LODD: Louisiana Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 03.16.2018

While on-duty at the fire station, Firefighter-Operator Allen Headley, 31, was found unresponsive in the fire station day room. Firefighter-Operator Headly was treated by fellow responders and transported to the hospital but succumbed to a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be determined.

Our condolences to the Headley Family & Friends, Plaquemines Parish Fire District # 2, and to all affected by Firefighter-Operator Allen Headley's passing.
