USFA LODD: Colorado Firefighter On-Duty Death Notification 10.29.2016

On  October 29, Firefighter/Paramedic Jermaine Frye, 31, on the day after being released from the hospital for treatment of a work-related injury he sustained during training on October 25, 12016, Firefighter/Paramedic Jermaine Frye was found at his home in cardiac arrest. According to the fire department, Wescott Fire Protection District responders tried unsuccessfully to revive Firefighter/Paramedic Jermaine Frye, but he succumbed to a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be determined.
  
Our condolences to the Frye Family & Friends, the Cimarron Hills Fire Department, and to all affected by Firefighter/Paramedic Jermaine Frye’s passing.
